Meet Curtis and Katy Sheely, the husband and wife duo behind Beaufort Property Inspections. With a shared commitment to exceptional service, Curtis and Katy are dedicated to making your experience seamless and stress-free. Their family—including their three sons, Liam, Crew, and Miles—relocated to Beaufort from Charlotte, NC in June 2024.

Curtis serves as President and Lead Inspector, bringing expertise and attention to detail to every property evaluation. Katy oversees scheduling, marketing, accounting, and daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, they enjoy spending quality time with their boys fishing, boating, and cooking together.
